Endorsements are needed for those who want to have a some form of certification for their skills acquired and needed in their profession. For example, if you want an endorsement as a Special Education teacher, then you would need to get a special education endorsement online. An endorsement would mean that you are well equipped in skills and knowledge when it comes to handling kids with special education needs. There is also a particular emphasis on how you can help the kids perform well in a regular school setup.
